The traditional process uses a large amount of strong alkalis and organic solvents, which not only pollutes the environment but also easily damages the raw hide fibers, resulting in insufficient toughness of the finished leather. The error of tanning uniformity is controlled within 5%, and the shrinkage temperature of leather is increased from 75℃ to above 90℃, significantly enhancing its resistance to heat and humidity. In the leather finishing and embossing stage, the application of digital technology makes products more personalized. 3D digital printing technology can achieve high-precision pattern printing on the leather surface with a resolution of 1200dpi. Whether it is complex floral patterns or gradient colors, they can be accurately presented. Moreover, the printing layer is closely combined with the leather substrate, with a wear resistance of more than 5000 times, far exceeding the 2000-time standard of traditional printing processes. The intelligent embossing equipment realizes "one-click texture switching" through replaceable digital molds. From lychee pattern, distressed pattern to crocodile pattern, it only takes 10 minutes to adjust the mold parameters, greatly shortening the production cycle of small-batch customized products and meeting the market demand for personalized leather.
The automated integration of the production process has further improved efficiency. From raw hide cutting to finished product sewing, the automated production line achieves precise operation through robotic arms and visual recognition systems: the cutting accuracy of the automatic cutting machine reaches ±0.1mm, increasing material utilization by 15%; the intelligent sewing equipment can automatically match the stitch density and stitch length, reducing manual operation errors, and the production efficiency is 3 times higher than that of the traditional manual production line. At the same time, the application of the MES production management system realizes full-process data traceability. From the source of raw hides to the delivery of finished products, the parameters of each link can be queried, ensuring the stability of product quality.
